Throughout Christian history, theologians and faithful philosophers alike have considered there to be two great books of God’s revelation to man. The first book, as old as time itself, is God’s book of Nature - an expansive and glorious creation that declares His manifold wisdom, creativity and glory - and the second, the greatest book ever written, penned by the direct inspiration of God Himself, is God’s Holy Word, the Bible, containing within its pages God’s epic redemptive story - our only hope for eternal life, joy and peace through salvation by faith alone in the finished work of Christ alone.
